Description:

  • Experience : 2-5 years

Responsibilities include:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation strategies within the Salesforce.com CRM platform.
  • Identify and target potential leads and prospects using Salesforce data and other relevant sources.
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to track lead generation metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Qualify leads through research and initial outreach, engaging potential clients to identify their needs and pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to convert prospects into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation performance to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and Salesforce CRM.

Desired candidate profile requirement:

  • Strong understanding of lead qualification and a proven ability to identify high-quality leads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential leads.
  • Experience using CRM software and other lead management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of current marketing and sales tactics, as well as emerging trends in lead generation.
  • Immediate starters.
